About myself & my experience

I am a Certified Executive Coach (PCC, ICF accredited), accelerating performance and facilitating change cross culturally for organisations. I have more than 20 years experience working for multi nationals (BASF, Unibail-Rodamco, Adecco…) and start up (Kabira…), leading teams in sales/marketing and HR I have been coaching for the last 10 years in Europe, US and Asia Pacific. I am passionate when it comes to partnering with teams & individuals to understand change, create breakthrough thinking & enable long lasting performance results impacting the business and people's life. In partnering with my clients, I do bring a cutting-edge methodology combining strategic vision & operational approach to transform on the long term organisations and individuals with a positive impact to teams and their results.

I have been lucky enough to be trained (and continue to be trained) in many fields in coaching : systemic approach, positive psychology, neuroscience,... What is unique about my approach is the tailor-made approach to my client needs , taking into consideration the eco-system they are in. From the start of the coaching, we will together define the expected outcomes together with measurable KPI's, which will be reviewed on a regular basis.
