My coaching method & approach
Step 1: Building Trust & understanding the coachee thru a profile tool Step 2: Furthur understand the Life Story of the coachee beliefs & values/life experience. This session creates the space of Trust, Vulnerability, Openness and some self reflections / insights for the coachee Step 3: A 360-degree feedback from his stakeholders Step 4: Integrated feedback & joining the dots from step 1 to 3. Step 5: IDP creation Step 6: Focus on top 2 IDP for transformation thru 6 coaching sessions.
