As an Integral Master Coach, accredited by the International Coaching Federation, I support leaders, and their teams, in their development towards the next performance level in a healthy and sustainable way, in particular when under pressure, With 20 years and over 2300 coaching hours experience under my belt, I have supported leaders in the corporate sector, creative industries, performing arts, media, not-for-profit sector and government. About myself & my experience
Hi! I am Tiziana, Italian born and long time resident of The Netherlands. My background is in artistic performance, and have covered leadership roles on international stages. In life and in my coaching I combine creativity with grounded pragmatism. I practice Mindfulness and Aikido. Love reading, learning and, being an islander, the sea and scuba diving. Helping other connect with and bring forth their most authentic and powerful self is my calling.
My coaching method & approach
Through deep-dive sessions, we will: 1. Collect Data (what is happening/not happening now that is impacting you) 2. Identify & Leverage your strengths 3. Build on your skills with little practices crafted to fit into your busy schedule. As a result of my coaching, my client say they experience a freedom when under pressure they didn’t know possible. A calm sense of confidence and ownership of their strength that comes from knowing what matters to them and that fuels their action in service of the best, sustainable, results.
