I coach those who feel stuck, down, or overwhelmed and work with them to add a bit of sunshine into their lives: gratitude, hope, confidence, resilience and joy come within reach through coaching. I particularly support individuals who identify as empaths, introverts, or highly sensitive and have special training to support those who are experiencing challenges, including grief and anxiety, related to climate change.

Do you feel like the climate crisis is so overwhelming that if you think about it, grief, anger, and hopelessness will be unbearable; that you want to make a difference but don’t know where to start, or if it even matters; or that you are all alone because no-one around you talks about it?
This coaching program will validate the complex feelings that you are experiencing as a result of climate change, which are often referred to as “climate anxiety”. Climate anxiety is a normal and healthy response to what is happening in the world — it is not a diagnosis or a disorder, it simply means that you’re human! In this self-paced online course, you will learn why alarmist messages don't work and why it's normal to feel stuck and overwhelmed (and without having to read about climate data and upsetting facts). Most importantly, you will discover 12 of the most valued tools from Positive Psychology (the science of well-being) to manage the stress caused by the climate crisis so that you can be more clear about how you can make a difference in a way that is meaningful, manageable, and unique to you. At the end of this program, you will feel more confident about your ability to navigate your emotional ups and downs related to climate change and more hopeful about the future.

About Me
About myself & my experience
My unique perspective comes from experiencing many transitions myself: relocating from France to the U.S., adoption, divorce, going back to graduate school and switching career in my 30s have taught me that it's never too late to make big (or small) changes, but we need to be willing to be vulnerable. This is why I offer a safe environment and an approach you can trust by abiding to the ICF (International Coaching Federation) code of ethics. I also believe that playfulness and curiosity help in our journey. When I put my books down, you will find me playing with my family and dog, biking or cross-country skiing, and enjoying Vermont's quiet beauty.
My coaching method & approach
I use primarily strengths-based approaches like Positive Psychology and Appreciative Inquiry. With powerful questions, deep listening and empathy, I help individuals discover their strengths, get clarity on what they really want for a meaningful life, and share practical tools so that they can coach themselves and make steady progress toward realistic and inspiring goals. As a trained Climate Coach and member of the Climate Coaching Alliance, I am offering to hold space for clients to explore the wide range of emotions triggered by the climate crisis.
