My coaching expertise centers on executive and team coaching, cultural & business transformation, innovation management, and Agile ways of working. With a foundation in Information Systems Engineering and complemented by an Executive MBA from IE University, I possess a comprehensive understanding of business strategy, operations and diverse change/transformation management methodologies including ADKAR, Kotter, Agile, Strategyzer, and Design Thinking. Over my 20-year executive corporate tenure working for Pfizer, MSD & Novartis, I have navigated various domains of pharmaceutical industry, such as IT, digital, innovation & project management, marketing, capability building, customer experience, digital initiatives, learning management, and internal processes optimization. I have successfully managed extensive large-global programs, lead & develop large-global distributed teams, and achieved significant outcomes in diverse international and complex organizational contexts. My leadership style revolves around catalyzing both internal transformation and external growth. I strive to challenge the status quo, instill fresh perspectives, and cultivate essential mindsets, skills, and capabilities pivotal for fostering cultural and digital evolution. My academic foundation in Information Systems Engineering, coupled with an Executive MBA from IE University, underpins my expertise in business strategy, operations, and change management. Throughout my career, I’ve led large-scale global programs, cultivated high-performing teams, and delivered impactful results in complex international environments, all while championing creativity, resilience, and talent development. I became a coach to inspire and empower others, grounded in a deep belief in the untapped potential within every individual and team. My coaching philosophy is built on creating a safe yet challenging environment where I invite experimentation and action as key components of our work together. I'm an Integral & System Coach by training. Additionally, I integrate various other coaching methods and tools as part of my coaching approach. I specialize in mindfulness and yoga training and place great emphasis on a balanced life where well-being aligns with productivity. Every person is unique, and there is no universal recipe for development. My approach emphasizes the need to develop new perspectives, learn new skills, and integrate them through new behaviors and reflection, ultimately leading to the outcomes we want to achieve in life.
