My program entails working with clients on finding the root cause of their problems and solving it through diet and lifestyle changes. I work with my clients, alone or together with their doctors, educating them on their bodies and explaining the interconnectedness of every part and system of the body. This information empowers them to try new things and make necessary changes to transition into a healthier lifestyle that brings joy and vitality back into their lives. My expertise areas are the following: - Autoimmune conditions - Metabolic disfunction - Digestive issues such as gas, bloating, diarrhea, constipation, acid reflux, IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), digestive disconfort - Anxiety, depression, Brain fog, poor memory, low energy, adrenal issues, problems with falling asleep as well as staying asleep, slow cognition - Skin problems such as eczema, psoriasis, itchy skin.

Once you contact me requesting an appointment, you will receive an invitation to complete a Symptoms Questionnaire and a Health History form. After that, we schedule your session together.
During our session During this time we will discuss your health history form, your symptoms, supplements, lab work if you have any, and we will start looking for the root causes of why your body is presenting the specific kind of dis-ease you have. We will start investigating what are the interconnected points that are leading to your complaints.
After our session I will send you an email with all the main points we have discussed, including lifestyle, diet and supplement recommendations. If you are then interested in continuous support you can choose between a three month or six month program during which we will have bimonthly follow-up sessions.
Keep in mind that just one session with a personal trainer won't give you the results you wish, the same applies to bringing health back in one's body. To get to the root causes and balanced health takes time and commitment. If you are ready to commit for your better health, I will love to be your guide.

The first session takes 60 to 90 minutes. During this time we will discuss your health history form, your symptoms, supplements, lab work if you have any, and we will start looking for the root causes of why your body is presenting the specific kind of dis-ease you have. We will start investigating what are the interconnected points that are leading to your complaints. I will give you insights and we will try some options for rapid relief while digging further into your condition in the following sessions to come.
We will meet every 2 weeks and each session will bring us closer to finding the real root cause of your dis-ease.
I recommend that my clients get a full blood work lab done in order to address deficiencies that you might have, to look for interconnected factors. That way, we will be able to give a proper recommendation on targeted nutrition and supplements needed for your unique to achieve good health.
Other exams might be needed, such as stool and urine tests to access the health of your gut or metabolites.
After each session you will receive an email containing all the main points discussed in that session, the supplement recommended, recipes and any important reminder for you to follow up during the following weeks.
