It is a journey of self-taught, perseverance & dreaming to make it happen. Along the way most of us have encountered people who gave support & inspired us. This has been part of my mission for many years & with everything I do, but I finally found my fit & authentically myself within coaching. It’s my way of giving back. I love working with those who have this hunger for change, seek growth and fulfilment in themselves and/or their business. Enthusiastic contributors & curious learners of life. About Me
About myself & my experience
Hello & thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I love what I do & I am incredibly proud being a coach! Born in Belgium, raised between different cultures, I travelled & lived abroad to eventually settle in Mallorca for about 12 years now. I have always been an observant and curious person, constantly asking questions, combined with stubbornness & sensitivity. Early in life, I became so fascinated by people. Especially what makes some succeed while others fail & in many cases, regardless of their background & circumstance. What’s our drive-in life? In my world at that time, coaching was unheard off, so I took a few big detours to finally discover coaching in 2010. I am altruistic by nature, enthusiastic, caring & a lifelong learner. When not coaching, I love quite time, walks on the beach, writing & reading. Travelling & meeting new people, speaking different languages. I am completely obsessed with food (but in a good way!) so love culinary trips, cooking at home & spending quality time with my loved ones. I believe life is about finding the quality we seek & not the quantity. Thank you Sabrina
My coaching method & approach
We focus on you (but not in a narcissistic way :) ) Personal awareness is where we often start, know yourself before trying to change others or the business. I give you the space & presence to feel both vulnerable & confident. To learn, try, explore possibilities, enjoy, laugh & push yourself to be the best version of you & also to inspire others to greatness. I utilise my experiences & professional trainings with ICF, combined with different tools, actions, homework, resources & reading material. Each session is different, there is no fixed method or outcome as I don’t coach the problem, I coach YOU. We trust, respect each other & are both responsible for maintaining an open mind. This makes our sessions creative, adaptable & always coming from a place of curiosity. Who you are is important – What you do matters – How you get there can give you a sense of personal fulfilment
