For gym coaching sessions, I coach at the ClubSportive gym in Gustav Mahlerlaan 24, 1082MC Amsterdam. A membership is required to train with me in ClubSportive gym. It is a top gym and has the most recent gym equipment, in addition to a swimming pool. Check it out at https://www.clubsportive.nl/en/ For outdoor coaching sessions, I coach at any of the parks in the vicinity of ClubSportive.

About myself & my experience
As a former top athlete (track cycling: sprint), certified CIOS student and trainer of various top athletes, I know better than anyone what the result of training and nutrition can be on the human body. After finishing my active top sport career, I have been busy with fitness and strength training for years and I have specialized in personal training.
My coaching method & approach
My method focuses on improving the strength, fitness and overall health of my clients through tailored exercise and nutrition program based on current condition and targeted results. I'm committed to achieving results for my clients and I expect a similar commitment also from my clients, in the gym and after exercise. I aim to make exercise fun and enjoyable because I believe that getting in shape should be a great experience in order for it to be part of a healthy lifestyle.
