About myself & my experience

Respect and Learning together with Optimism are the foundations of my life and work, and I bring this to every single coaching session, every meeting, and every conversation. I came to coaching as part of my international business experience, especially when leading Health, Safety, and Environment departments worldwide. Communication towards the organization and Development of the team follows different rules when people are from other countries and spread out to every continent. I found a way that uses fundamental coaching principles. My team members evolved considerably, and I decided to learn more about coaching and made it part of my professional life. I can't wait to chat with you about your goals.
