Do you feel like the climate crisis is so overwhelming that if you think about it, grief, anger, and hopelessness will be unbearable; that you want to make a difference but don’t know where to start, or if it even matters; or that you are all alone because no-one around you talks about it?

This coaching program will validate the complex feelings that you are experiencing as a result of climate change, which are often referred to as “climate anxiety”. Climate anxiety is a normal and healthy response to what is happening in the world — it is not a diagnosis or a disorder, it simply means that you’re human! In this program, you will learn why alarmist messages don't work and why it's normal to feel stuck and overwhelmed (and without having to read about climate data and upsetting facts). Most importantly, you will discover 12 of the most valued tools from Positive Psychology (the science of well-being) to manage the stress caused by the climate crisis so that you can be more clear about how you can make a difference in a way that is meaningful, manageable, and unique to you. At the end of this program, you will feel more confident about your ability to navigate your emotional ups and downs related to climate change and more hopeful about the future.
